Solo traveller welcome!

It's probably the only cooking program a solo traveller can attend since most other cooking experiences need a minimum 2person. They do lunch and dinner sessions and the location is around 20min walking distance from the entrance of Parc Guelle. The paella making class was super fun and informative. The chef Sergio, was fun to cook with and explained things really well. Took a lot of learnings out of this experience.

A really unique experience

We went to a real local market and learned how to chose ingredients to make paella. Really cool. But the place where we cooked it was incredible. Made with parts of old Barcelona caracteristic houses combined with some futurístic architecture. The cooking very well thought. Instead of doing one paella for all, we made one for two people. So we cooked our own paella, always asisted by the chef/guide. This activity is a MUST in Barcelona.

Cours de cuisine dans un ancienne usine réaménagée près du parc guell. Un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Au delà de l'expérience culinaire, nous avons eu un échange culturel très enrichissant avec nos hôtes. Nous avons discuté aussi bien en français, mais aussi en espagnol et catalan. La paella était délicieuse et le chef nous a fait partager ses secrets! Hâte de rentrer à la maison pour refaire ce plat à ma famille!!!!

Excelente propuesta! Mi pareja y yo nos quedamos alucinados por la arquitectura del espacio.
El chef Sergio nos sedujo por su buen hacer en la cocina y su simpatía y calidez. Por fin hemos aprendido a hacer una buena paella!!
Sin duda, muy muy recomendable!
Su proximidad al Park Güell (5min andando) nos facilitó la experiencia y nuestro día de visita en Barcelona
