Fairy Meadows, also known as Joot, is a grassland near one of the base camp locations of Mount Nanga Parbat (an 8000r summit) in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It was called by German climbers (German Marchenwiese, "fairy tale meadows"). Discover stunning views of the gorgeous Nanga Parbat (8,126m) without completing multi-day hiking (maybe the only such trip in the world!) Relax in the lush green plateau of Fairy Meadows, with breathtaking views of Nanga Parbat. View the Milky Way Galaxy and the majestic Nanga Parbat in the same shot!
